At Ratan Meywa, we aim to deliver fresh and premium dry fruits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message/call before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan.

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on your city).

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Ratan Meywa reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Occasionally, free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a COD order is refused or repeatedly unavailable, the customer may be blacklisted from future COD orders.

Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

We usually ship via trusted courier services (e.g., TCS / Leopards).

Delays

While we try our best, delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Ratan Meywa is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you fully.
