Refund policy

At Ratan Meywa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You receive a wrong product

    • The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

 Return Request Time

  • Any return or complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

 Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (depending on the situation)

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used

  • The complaint is reported after 24 hours

  • Damage occurs due to improper storage by the customer

  • The order was refused without a valid reason (COD)

 Order Refusal (COD)

  • Refusing a COD order without a valid reason may result in restriction on future COD orders.

 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side.

  • If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
