Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

You receive a wrong product

The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

Return Request Time

Any return or complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will offer:

A refund (depending on the situation)

Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used

The complaint is reported after 24 hours

Damage occurs due to improper storage by the customer

The order was refused without a valid reason (COD)

Refusing a COD order without a valid reason may result in restriction on future COD orders.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side.

If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
